研究方向

受精卵中的一个基因组怎样分化成不同类别细胞的基因组?时光在我们的基因组上又会留下怎样的印记?这些都是表观遗传研究的范畴。本课题组致力于研究表观遗传学领域中组蛋白甲基化的调控和识别机理,揭示表观遗传异常在疾病发生过程中的作用。主要成果体现在两类表观修饰识别子的机制和肿瘤相关性的研究中:发现增强子“过度活化态”组蛋白甲基化特征及其识别子RACK7的调控机制,并阐明该机制的缺失可导致肿瘤转移;发现人组蛋白变体H3.3甲基化的特异性识别子BS69及其在mRNA剪切过程中的关键作用,并揭示了BS69缺失导致肿瘤发生发展的机制;在多种哺乳类细胞中鉴定到罕见组蛋白甲基化修饰H3K14me3。博士期间参与了多类去甲基化酶家族的发现和研究工作。博士期间参与了多类去甲基化酶家族的发现和研究工作。
课题组长蓝斐主持和参与多项国家和省部级项目,包括国家重点研发计划(青年项目首席)、国家自然科学基金面上项目和重大集成、上海市教委项目等。迄今为止,已在国内外学术刊物上发表论文40篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者在包括Cell、Nature、Molecular Cell、Cell Research、Protein & Cell、PNAS、Cell Reports、Oncogene、JBC等国际主流杂志上发表论文20多篇。
