研究方向
雷群英课题组主要聚焦营养与肿瘤代谢研究。发现了系列代谢感知的新通路,突破了经典的细胞代谢感知理论,首次发现乙酰辅酶A作为信号分子调控线粒体自噬,揭示了代谢物充当信号分子,为代谢感知调控肿瘤(细胞)命运奠定理论基础;系统阐明了代谢感知异常通过表观和翻译后修饰调控的新机制促进疾病发生发展;揭示了肿瘤高度异质性的代谢内因,提出胰腺癌的代谢起源假说;证实了代谢感知异常协同基因突变驱动肿瘤发生,为肿瘤代谢靶向干预提供新策略。成果以通讯作者发表在Nature、Nature Immunology、Nature Cell Biology、Nature Metabolism、Cancer cell、Cell Metabolism、Molecular Cell、National Science Review和J.Clin. Invest.等。多次受到Nature,Nat Cell Biol等杂志专题评述或亮点介绍,SCI他引超万次,连续多次被选为中国高被引学者,受邀在Nat Cell Biol, Nat Metab、Mol Cell及J Biol Chem等发表评/综述。课题组长雷群英作为项目主持人承担多项国家和省部级项目,包括国家重点研发计划、国自然重大、创新研究群体、杰青和教育部基础医学学科突破先导等项目。
