工作经历
2008年在武汉大学化学与分子科学学院获得博士学位,2008-2016年先后在巴黎高等师范学院(Ecole Normale Superieure,ENS)化学系微流控芯片实验室,居里研究所(Institut Curie)细胞极性与细胞分化系统生物学实验室从事多学科高度交叉科学研究。2016年受聘于复旦大学生物医学研究院,任研究员。

研究方向
多年来,我们一直致力于微流控芯片与生物医学交叉科学研究,主要应用微流控芯片模拟重构体内细胞微环境及精准调控细胞行为。迄今为止,在生物、物理、化学等不同学科顶级期刊Cell, Phys. Rev. Lett., J. Am. Chem. Soc.等发表多篇SCI研究论文。其中,关于微流控芯片技术在细胞迁移等生物学行为方面的研究成果于2015年发表于《Cell》杂志,并被该杂志同期以Preview的形式给予了高度评价,至今他引超过500 余次。法国发行量最大的《世界报(Le Monde)》科学版对此研究工作做了专题报道,评价此工作开辟了使用微流控技术模拟重构体内细胞微环境,研究细胞迁移等生物学行为的先河。课题组运用分析化学和微流控芯片技术,发展新的微纳加工技术和方法,构建模拟体内细胞微环境,研究细胞分化和迁移等生物学行为,同时结合蛋白质组研究,分析细胞转化前后蛋白质组,试图揭开其影响细胞行为的分子机制和物理原理,为疾病治疗提供可行方案:
