研究方向
课题组研究方向为病毒结构生物学及转化医学,主要利用冷冻电镜技术,综合分子生物学,生物化学,研究病毒关键蛋白质的结构和功能,并基于此进行抗病毒策略研究。主要研究方向包括:1)致病病毒结构研究:研究与人体疾病相关病毒,及病毒与抗体,病毒与其受体的复合物的结构,分析病毒感染机制,指导抗病毒药物开发;2)基于结构的抗体设计:基于结构揭示不同抗体的表位及靶向机制,并对抗体进行改造,提高其广谱性及可吸收性;3) 基于结构的疫苗设计:综合结构生物学,生物信息学分析,进行广谱免疫原设计。近年以通讯作者在Nature、Cell、Cell Research, Nature Communications等知名杂志发表SCI论文30余篇。
