研究方向
孙爱军教授长期致力于心力衰竭发病机制及转化研究,发现心脏钠通道基因突变通过线粒体功能失调直接损伤心肌;继之以乙醛脱氢酶2及线粒体代谢为切入点开展临床及基础研究,阐明了其通过维护代谢稳态发挥心肌保护、促进血运重建从而延缓心衰进展的新机制,提出了改善能量代谢储备及代谢微环境提高干细胞移植疗效的新思路,揭示了cheatocin通过干预线粒体代谢有望作为心衰治疗的新药物。研究成果获国家发明专利授权并完成临床转化。目前,课题组以心肌损伤与修复为主要研究方向,围绕各种病因导致的心力衰竭,拟通过基础、 临床、流行病学相结合的研究途径,探讨调控心衰发生发展的分子调控网络及作用机制,并从代谢角度遴选或修饰干细胞,探寻影响其移植疗效的关键因素,为心衰防治提供新靶点。
孙爱军教授以通讯或第一作者在Nat Commun、ATVB等发表SCI论文50余篇。总发表SCI论文被他引1541次。主持包括国家自然科学基金、国家“973”子课题等10余项基金,是国家基金委创新群体的主要成员。
