研究方向
课题组研究方向为肿瘤表观遗传和生物信息学研究,系统性开展了肿瘤相关RNA的发现和作用研究,建立了相关的RNA测序、生物信息方法和数据库(exLR-seq,ASJA,exoRBase),率先阐明环状RNA在肿瘤细胞中的作用和去向(Cell Res,2015; Nat Commun, 2016),提出并发现癌症中存在丰富的肿瘤特异转录本(Tumor-Specific Transcripts,TSTs)(Cell Rep, 2018; Hepatology, 2019),解析细胞外囊泡/外泌体RNA组分及其在癌症诊断中的应用(Nucleic Acids Res, 2017; Clin Chem, 2019; Gut, 2019)。迄今发表SCI论文40余篇,被引超过3000次。主持国家自然基金项目4项,申请发明专利3项,作为主要完成人获教育部自然科学奖二等奖及上海医学科技奖二等奖。
