研究方向
课题组研究方向为生物治疗和干细胞治疗,主要从事造血干细胞基础和临床的相关研究,重点探究如何通过调控细胞的表观遗传和代谢途径增进造血干细胞的移植效率,运用分子生物学,细胞生物学,生物信息学,小鼠遗传学等方法研究造血干细胞的调控,注重基础研究和临床应用的密切结合,研究成果将更广泛的为各种血液病、遗传病患者服务。迄今发表SCI论文30余篇,引用1100多次,主要研究成果发表于Nature Medicine、Nature Communications、Leukemia等专业杂志上。
