研究方向
课题组主要从事造血干细胞及白血病方面的研究:
1)开发出针对急性淋系白血病(ALL)和急性髓系白血病(AML)的新靶点和药物,并推动相关策略向临床进行转化;
2)研究造血干细胞(HSC)的自我更新和定向分化的分子机制,并进一步优化HSC体外扩增体系,为造血干细胞移植治疗的细胞来源瓶颈提供技术解决手段。
