研究方向

长期致力于细胞质膜上受体配体相互作用介导的细胞生理和病理行为,主要包括白血病药物靶点和治疗策略、肿瘤免疫治疗、病毒宿主相互作用等方面研究:
 1
分泌组学相互作用平台:针对发生在细胞膜上的各类受体配体相互作用,在全基因组水平筛选和鉴定靶蛋白的未知受体或配体;
 2
白血病药物靶点和治疗策略:开发出针对急性淋系白血病(ALL)和急性髓系白血病(AML)的新靶点和药物,优化造血干细胞HSC体外扩增体系,并推动相关策略向临床进行转化;
 3
肿瘤免疫治疗:寻找鉴定调控肿瘤免疫微环境的关键受体和配体,开发相应治疗抗体和药物;
4
病毒宿主相互作用:利用分泌组学相互作用平台,研究病毒的受体谱系、和其他宿主因子。近期发现了新型冠状病毒的一系列宿主受体,并鉴定出KREMEN1ASGR1ACE2以外的新冠病毒入侵受体。
