研究方向
研究方向聚焦克隆性造血发生与进展的分子机制,白血病发生的表观遗传调控规律以及新型血液肿瘤新治疗靶点的鉴定与开发。其主要研究贡献是解析了DNA修饰酶突变介导克隆性造血发生与血液恶性肿瘤进展的慢性炎症调控机制,报道了STING通路激活对于TET2/DNMT3A突变相关克隆性造血具有重要促进作用,同时也揭示了STING介导的脂肪酸过氧化途径在AML1-ETO白血病进展过程中的重要调控作用。其系列研究成果发表于Leukemia (2023, 2024, 2025), Nature Communications, Cell Reports等国际学术期刊。
