研究方向
综合利用计算生物学手段,系统解析长非编码RNA(含环形RNA)的生成加工机制、表达图谱及其功能调控网络。同时,致力于生物信息学算法、分析流程及数据库平台的开发,以深入探究关键生物学问题。
