研究方向
聚焦表观遗传识别机制:包括组蛋白修饰识别蛋白功能研究,组蛋白致癌驱动性突变的识别调控机制研究。综合运用生物化学实验、细胞模型、基因编辑小鼠的研究体系、结合生物信息多组学整合分析,研究表观遗传的识别体系在神经发育、代谢调控、肿瘤发生发展中的重要功能。研究获得国家自然科学基金面上项目,国家重点研发计划,复旦大学“卓学计划”等项目资助。
