Research Interest

Our lab focuses on the development of new analytical methods and technologies for proteome and glycome research based on mass spectrometry with the interdisciplinary integration of analytical chemistry, materials science and systems biology, which including 1)Development of novel MS-based approaches for PTM-proteome research including protein glycosylation, protein termini, palmitoylation and other types of PTM. 2) Application of MS-based proteomics and glycomics in research of human diseases.
