研究方向

课题组致力于翻译调控的分子机制的研究。主要运用结构生物学手段(冷冻电镜和X射线晶体衍射)结合生化细胞实验,阐释细胞内(细胞质和线粒体)核糖体调控的分子机制:包括核糖体的组装与降解,核糖体修饰,以及核糖体质量控制等。我们同时也对其他的核酸蛋白复合物感兴趣。已发表SCI论文35篇,其中:通讯作者4篇(Nature communication,EMBO Journal, PLOS Biology, Nucleic Acids Research),第一作者(或共同第一作者)12篇(其中:Cell 1篇,Nature 2篇, Science 1篇,Molecular Cell 2篇)等。
