研究方向
申请人的主要研究方向是基因转录和表观遗传调控的机制研究以及它们在癌症和发育中的功能研究。主要利用生物化学、基因组学、生物信息学、遗传学和细胞分子生物学等前沿方法研究转录和表观遗传调控的分子机制及其在肿瘤发生发展、转移,胚胎干细胞的干性维持和分化,与发育过程中的功能。在该研究方向,以通讯或第一作者在ScienceCell等杂志发表10多篇文章。详细研究方向见实验室主页(https://chenf-lab.fudan.edu.cn/)。
