研究方向
研究领域为肿瘤分子生物学,主要从事消化系恶性肿瘤发生与转移的分子机理研究,研究方向包括:1.非编码RNA功能及分子机制;2. RNA可变剪接异常及调控机制;3.转录重编程及表观调控机制。课题组长何祥火主持和参与多项国家和省部级项目,包括科技部重大研究计划、国家自然科学基金重大项目、重点项目、重大研究计划、面上项目、上海市科委重点项目等。迄今为止,已在国内外学术刊物上发表论文110余篇,包括Nature Cell Biology, Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Cell Research,Molecular Cancer,Nature Communications, Nucleic Acids Research, Cancer Research, Clinical Cancer Research等;论文被引8200余次(至2020-11)(ORCID:0000-0001-8872-668X; Web of Science ResearcherID:I-1497-2014)。
