研究方向
课题组利用生化方法和高通量测序技术研究染色质环境中的DNA损伤与修复,主要包括紫外线和抗癌药物顺铂等造成的DNA加合物损伤以及相应的核苷酸切除修复。课题组长胡晋川在2015年诺贝尔化学奖得主Aziz Sancar教授实验室做博士后期间,主导开发了Damage-seq和XR (eXcision Repair) -seq方法,分别是目前唯一能以单碱基分辨率检测人类基因组上各种DNA加合物损伤位置和核苷酸切除修复发生位置的高通量测序方法。在此基础上,本课题组将围绕DNA复制与转录对核苷酸切除修复的影响、DNA损伤修复与染色质状态变化的相互作用、修复与癌症基因组突变发生的联系以及修复与顺铂抗药性的关系等问题开展研究。
