研究方向
课题组致力于开发和利用新的高通量测序技术来检测和研究各种DNA碱基损伤与修复,包括紫外线和顺铂等造成的DNA加合物损伤、8-oxo-dG和AP位点等DNA氧化损伤,以及对应的核苷酸切除修复与碱基切除修复途径。课题组长胡晋川在2015年诺贝尔化学奖得主Aziz Sancar教授实验室做博士后期间,主导开发了Damage-seq和XR (eXcision Repair) -seq方法,分别能以单碱基分辨率检测人类基因组上各种DNA加合物损伤和核苷酸切除修复的发生位置。目前,课题组的研究方向主要包括:1)核苷酸切除修复的分子机制,尤其是转录偶联核苷酸切除修复的分子机制;2)染色质环境中氧化损伤形成与修复的规律,及其参与转录调控的机制;在此基础上,还将研究损伤与修复在相关疾病发生发展中的作用。
