研究方向
(1)代谢紊乱是肿瘤及多种疾病发生的重要原因,本课题组致力于细胞生长与代谢机制的研究,运用生物化学、细胞生物学以及动物模型等实验手段,研究与肿瘤等疾病相关的信号转导通路、代谢酶的翻译后修饰(磷酸化、乙酰化和泛素化等)以及代谢酶突变等重要问题,期望揭示代谢异常与人类重大疾病尤其是肿瘤的关系。
(2)铁死亡是近年来发现的一种新型细胞死亡方式,它由细胞内脂质过氧化物累积而导致,与细胞内的脂质代谢平衡密切相关;然而关于铁死亡的调控机制和生理功能仍有许多未知。本课题组利用高通量筛选的方法寻找并阐明铁死亡调控的关键基因和信号通路,并利用动物模型研究铁死亡与糖脂代谢异常相关疾病的关系,为疾病治疗提供新的策略。
