研究方向
课题组开展生物医学技术与工程领域的研究工作,致力将工程学原理和理念应用于生物和医学研究,消除工程学和生物医学之间的鸿沟。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、面上基金、上海市基础研究重大项目,参与国家自然科学基金重点项目等项目。近三年获批科研经费逾1500万元。
1.器官芯片微生理系统疾病模型,应用于心血管疾病等疾病研究和药物筛选。
2.生命分析化学技术与器件,开展针对疾病相关小分子、蛋白质等的分析。
