课题组致力于利用新技术解析时空多维度钙信号调控系统及钙通道病靶向性药物开发与基因治疗的研究。我们在新型钙探针开发、多维度钙成像、癌症转移调控、心脏兴奋-收缩偶联调控及心肌病(心律失常和心力衰竭等)基因治疗等领域已发表高水平SCI论文二十余篇,包括Nature Biomedical Engineering,Circulation, Nature Communications, Circulation Research等, 撰写英文专著一章,受邀撰写review文章四篇;研究成果共申请专利六项(美国专利二项,一项被美国生物医疗公司Sarepta投资进行临床转化),其中一项专利已获授权。
