研究方向
课题组致力于研究肿瘤微环境和肿瘤代谢,探究胰腺癌、肝内胆管癌等富含结缔组织的肿瘤发生机制,肿瘤微环境与肿瘤的互作机制,目标旨在发现肿瘤治疗靶点,研发抗肿瘤药物和策略。已在Nature, Cancer Cell, Molecular Cell, Autophagy, Nature Communications, PNAS等国际知名期刊发表系列论文,揭示了巨胞饮途径和经典细胞自噬的关系,建立了巨胞饮途径的转录调控机制,发现了I型胶原蛋白的存在形式对胰腺癌发生和转移的调控作用和机制,为胰腺癌的治疗和预后提供了新策略,申请了两项相关的美国专利。
