研究方向
课题组研究方向主要集中在以下2方面:
1、乙酰化对代谢的调控
主要集中在探讨乙酰化对代谢酶调控的分子机制,及乙酰化对代谢酶调控异常与人类代谢疾病发生发展的相关性。
2、代谢基因突变与肿瘤发生
集中于探讨IDH通道的功能,代谢物如何调控基因表达和表观遗传修饰,及基于IDH通道的抗肿瘤药物开发。
迄今为止,已在国内外学术刊物上发表论文100多篇,包括 Science,Cell,Cancer Cell等。
