研究方向
课题组一直致力于乳腺干细胞的分离、鉴定、调控机制以及靶向治疗研究。发现了一些新的乳腺肿瘤干细胞分子标志物,进一步纯化了乳腺肿瘤干细胞,并且建立了一系列肿瘤干细胞体外培养模型、转染悬浮肿瘤干细胞的体系和人源乳腺癌小鼠异种肿瘤移植模型(PDX模型),为肿瘤干细胞的调控机制的研究提供了有力的技术方法和模型。课题组的主要研究方向聚焦于以下几方面:1、乳腺肿瘤干细胞标志物ALDH调控乳腺肿瘤干细胞的功能研究;2、调控成瘤和转移能力最强的ALDH+CD24-CD44+乳腺肿瘤干细胞的关键节点分子及机制的探究;3、干预化疗诱导细胞因子网络对乳腺肿瘤干细胞化疗耐药的影响从而逆转耐药的机制研究。4、中国人群乳腺癌患者来源的不同亚型乳腺癌异种移植瘤小鼠模型(Patient-derived xenograft, PDX)模型平台建立的完善和靶向乳腺肿瘤干细胞的靶点药物验证及筛选。
课题组长柳素玲分别获得美国国防部(DOD)、美国Susan G Komen Foundation、美国Astrazeneca/Medimmune公司、中国中共中组部“青年千人”计划、中国科学院干细胞与再生医学先导项目、国家自然科学基金委“优青”项目、面上项目和重点项目、科技部国家重点研发计划、科技部973子课题项目等资助。迄今为止,已在国内外学术刊物上发表论文53篇,他引超过5300次。
