工作经历
2013年10月至今,任职于复旦大学生物医学研究院和复旦大学附属肿瘤医院肿瘤研究所,青年PI,副研究员。
2005-2013年,在上海市肿瘤研究所癌基因及相关基因国家重点实验室工作,从事肿瘤基因组学及细胞信号转导通路等方面的研究工作。

教育经历
2010年获复旦大学病原生物学专业博士学位。
2005年获复旦大学病原生物学专业硕士学位。
2001年获武汉大学生物化学专业学士学位。

所获奖项
近年主持国家自然科学基金面上项目(2017)一项,主持并完成国家自然科学基金青年科学基金(2006)一项,国家自然科学基金面上项目(2011)一项,上海市青年科技启明星(2012)一项和上海市卫生系统新优青计划(2011)一项,骨干参与完成国家科技重大专项(2008)一项。作为主要完成人获教育部自然科学奖二等奖等2项科技奖励。

研究方向
围绕“肝癌功能基因组学”,开展“肝癌相关功能基因及信号通路”和“肝癌中的RNA/蛋白调控轴”两方面研究。主要研究方向:(1)功能基因组学;(2)表观遗传学。
