工作经历
2004年获复旦大学遗传所博士学位。2005年起在约翰.霍普金斯大学医学系及表观遗传学中心从事博士后研究,并于2009年晋升为讲师(Instructor)。2010年被聘为复旦大学生物医学研究院研究员。
所获奖项
获得全国百篇优秀博士论文、云南省自然科学一等奖等奖项。在Nature、Nature Genetics、American Journal of Human Genetics、Genome Research 等国际学术期刊上发表论文20余篇,被引2800多次。获上海市曙光学者、上海市浦江人才计划、上海市卫生系统优秀青年培养计划等人才计划资助。
研究方向
主要研究方向主要包括:(1)以多能干细胞定向分化、精子发生为模型研究细胞身份转换的表观遗传机制;(2)长非编码RNA(LncRNA)与染色质相互作用机制。
