研究方向
主要从事临床免疫学研究,包括哮喘和过敏性疾病、自身免疫性疾病、感染与炎症、肿瘤性疾病的免疫学发病机制和防治。研究方向研究包括:①模式识别受体,如C型凝集素受体(C-type lectin receptor,CLR),Toll样受体与免疫调节;②非编码RNA与免疫调节;③芳香烃受体(aryl hydrocarbon receptor,AhR)与免疫调节; ④环境及表观遗传学因素对免疫功能的影响;⑤肿瘤免疫学,主要研究神经胶质瘤的免疫学发病机制及治疗;⑥免疫性疾病的细胞治疗,主要研究间充质干细胞、CAR-T等的转化医学研究。
获得国家自然科学基金面上项目、科技部国家重点研发计划(课题组长)等项目资助。在Nature Medicine、Blood等国际学术期刊发表论文40余篇。目前担任Allergy、Pediatrics等十余英文期刊审稿人。
