研究方向
粘膜是诸多致病性病原体侵入机体的门户。入侵病毒与宿主粘膜免疫的相互博弈决定着粘膜感染者的临床转归。粘膜免疫稳态的维持有助于抵御病毒感染,而病毒感染诱发的高水平的炎症应答与异常免疫活化则导致宿主临床转归不佳。
本团队主要以HIV/肠道粘膜感染损伤与修复策略为模型,研究粘膜病毒慢性持续感染及其造成损伤的机制;以流感病毒/呼吸道粘膜为模型研究粘膜病毒继续感染免疫与损伤机制。通过观察上述粘膜免疫微环境中各种免疫细胞亚群的构成、分子特征与功能;探索免疫细胞之间以及免疫细胞与组织上皮细胞之间如何相互作用共同维持免疫稳态与粘膜屏障;解析外来病原体入侵时粘膜免疫应答与免疫损伤特征及其调控机制,为新型粘膜免疫损伤修复策略的研发提供生物学靶点。
同时,本团队在前期工作基础上,探索开展肿瘤细胞免疫治疗的临床研究,对控制晚期肿瘤患者的疾病进展具有显著疗效。
本团队先后承担国家自然科学基金,国家科技重大专项、973项目及美国 NIH国际合作课题等,共发表SCI科研论文90余篇包括Nature,PNAS、Journal of Virology, Journal of Immunology等。
