研究方向
课题组运用RNA高通量测序和生物信息分析,并结合各种实验手段,围绕肿瘤转录组开展了非编码RNA与肿瘤特异转录本的鉴定及其病理生理效应研究。解析了环状RNA在肿瘤中的存在情况和表达特征,首次发现环状RNA选择性富集于外泌体,可作为潜在的肿瘤血液标记物;发现肿瘤组织中存在着丰富的特异转录本,并具有重要的临床意义和转化价值。迄今发表SCI论文30余篇,他引率1600多次,主要研究成果发表于Nature Cell Biology, Cell Research, Nature Communications, Hepatology等专业杂志上。主持国家自然基金项目3项,申请发明专利1项,作为主要完成人获教育部自然科学奖二等奖及上海医学科技奖二等奖。
