研究方向
课题组主要从事消化系恶性肿瘤发生与转移的分子机理研究,研究方向包括:1、非编码RNA调控网络及其分子机制;2、癌基因鉴定、功能与细胞信号转导;3、肿瘤基因组学与生物信息学。
课题组长何祥火主持和参与多项国家和省部级项目,包括科技部重大研究计划、国家自然科学基金重大研究计划、面上项目、上海市科委重点项目等。迄今为止,已在国内外学术刊物上发表论文80余篇,包括Nature Cell Biology, Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Cell Research, Nature Communications, Nucleic Acids Research, Cancer Research, Oncogene, Clinical Cancer Research, Science Signaling等;论文被引3200余次。
