研究方向
目前主要在组蛋白修饰和RNA甲基化修饰领域开展研究。表观遗传学是生命科学的研究热点和发展前沿,这一领域的深入研究对于理解遗传信息传递、个体发育、生物进化、干细胞等生命活动具有重要意义。组蛋白的共价修饰是表观遗传学的重要研究内容。对于组蛋白密码的“识别”或“解读”构成了理解组蛋白修饰相关的表观遗传学的核心问题之一。我的一个研究方向是结合表观遗传学学、分子生物学和结构生物学的方法对组蛋白密码的解读机制进行研究,筛选和鉴定新的组蛋白密码“识别子”,并对其生物学效应和与疾病的相关关系进行研究。另一研究方向是对RNA甲基化修饰在基因表达调控中的作用开展研究,阐明RNA m6A甲基化修饰的生化调控基础,以及它对干细胞分化和肿瘤等疾病的影响和作用机制。在Nature Structural Molecular Biology, Proc.Natl.Acad.Sci.,J.B.C等国际专业杂志上发表SCI论文10多篇。参与国家重点基础研究发展计划。
