研究方向
课题组主要从事细胞生长、增殖和代谢过程等基础和临床相关问题研究。运用生物化学、细胞生物学以及动物模型等实验手段,研究与肿瘤等疾病相关的信号转导通路、代谢酶的翻译后修饰(磷酸化、乙酰化和泛素化等)以及代谢酶突变等重要问题,期望揭示代谢异常与人类重大疾病尤其是肿瘤的关系,并寻找更有效的分子治疗手段。本人迄今共发表学术论文20余篇,其中第一作者和共同通讯作者论文发表于Genes Dev、Cancer Res、Autophagy、Hepatology和J Biol Chem等重要期刊,目前主持国家自然科学基金面上项目一项。
