研究方向
生命需要代谢的正常运转来维持。生物体内存在多种代谢调控机制,形成了一套严密而灵活的代谢调控网络系统。代谢调控网络稳态的维系,对于保障复杂的代谢途径得以正常运转,满足机体生存、更新和繁殖的需要和适应环境的变化至关重要。代谢调控网络的任何一个环节出现问题,都可能导致疾病的发生甚至危及生命。临床上,先天性代谢缺陷、恶性肿瘤、糖尿病、肥胖等代谢综合症的发生发展都与代谢失调密切相关。叶丹所在科研团队成员分工明确、团结协作,从“蛋白翻译后修饰调控代谢酶”和“代谢物调控表观遗传”两个角度,剖析代谢失衡促进肿瘤发生发展相关分子机制,力争为发现针对代谢网络调控的药物靶点、靶向分子药物干预及早期预防诊治提供新的思路和策略。
叶丹主持和参与多项国家和省部级项目,包括“2011年度国家重点基础研究发展计划项目”(课题组长)、国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金项目(主持)、国家自然科学基金面上项目(主持)、上海市科委人才计划青年启明星计划(主持)、上海市教委科研创新重点项目资助(主持)等。迄今,在Mol Cell, Cell Metabolism, Cell Research, Genes&Development, EMBO J等国际核心期刊共发表SCI论文30余篇,其中第一作者或(共同)通讯作者论文19篇。科研成果被Mol Cell,EMBO J和PLOS Biology专文评述,曾在Nature, Cancer Cell等国际权威学术刊物上发表评论或综述。
